Welcome and thank you for visiting my site! My name is George and I am a hobby scientist. I have over 35 years of experience working in different health industries. I am an expert in the health sciences and have studied everything from gluten intolerance to muscle growth. I graduated from Stanford with a major in Nutrition sciences and have been working in labs doing experiments ever since. I have worked for some of the largest companies in the world. Some of the biggest food and beverage companies that exist. I have also worked in the research and development department for one of the biggest supplement and vitamin vendors in the United States. Needless to say, I am confident that when it comes to health, the human biome, and nutrition, you simply can not argue with my knowledge.

It may seem like a bit of a cocky statement but as an old man I believe I am allowed to be cocky when it comes to something I have studied for more than 35 years. While I am an expert in all facets of health, I personally prefer to study issues that pertain to the stomach. Issues like IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), constipation, and bloating are all issues that I have personally dealt with and fought for a long time. Because of my own personal experience I have spent an enormous amount of time studying the digestive health industry.

On this website I will write frequent articles addressing many issues that I believe people suffer from. Ranging from digestive issues to weak muscles, to heart palpitations, and simple ways you can improve your overall health. Have a question about something that I have not addressed yet? Send me an e-mail at george@georgesalzman.org or just contact me directly through the contact page. If there is something that I haven’t covered yet and I miss your e-mail, check out these other helpful websites as they often go into much more detail about more particular subjects:

WebMD: A fantastic website for looking up symptoms, or just educating yourself about certain illnesses. A legends in the health industry. If you can’t find it here you likely won’t find it anywhere else. My only problem with WebMD is that they often leave out important details in an effort to pump out as much content as possible.

GutSupport: As a man who has suffered immensely from gut problems this has been an educational website for me, and I am an expert! I highly recommend checking them out if you have any type of constipation, bloating, or IBS related symptoms.

WikiPedia.org: The biggest only encyclopedia online. Tons of great information on absolutely anything you could ever want. Be wary though, the website is user generated and can often include incorrect information.

As always contact me with any more questions or article suggestions!
